Rooting Session
A single engagement designed for owners who are newer to their business or who feel that the foundations need revisiting. We spend structured time exploring your purpose, your customers and your finances — not in a way that is overwhelming, but in a way that reveals what is working and what needs attention.

The result is a roadmap that is ambitious enough to be meaningful but realistic enough to be followed. Simple financial markers help you track whether each season is unfolding as expected, without requiring complex financial literacy.

This engagement is designed for established businesses preparing for a careful expansion — or for owners who have learned that having a trusted sounding board alongside them makes a meaningful difference to how they make decisions.

All client information is treated as strictly private. Nothing discussed in sessions is shared, referenced in other client work, or disclosed to third parties.
Written scope before start
Every engagement begins with a written scope agreement. Fees, deliverables and schedule are confirmed before any work commences.
Reliable scheduling
Sessions are booked with enough notice and rescheduled if necessary with reasonable lead time. We respect that business owners have unpredictable days.
Responsive communication
Emails and messages are responded to within one working day. Urgent questions between sessions are handled without being treated as out-of-scope.
No vested interests
Permata does not earn referral income or commissions. Recommendations reflect what we genuinely believe will serve the client — nothing more.
Feedback welcomed
We ask for honest feedback at the close of each engagement. It helps us improve, and clients find it useful to articulate what they gained.
